Data Analytics Manager

The Data Manager plays a key role for this fast-growing, leading Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) company in GA with explosive historic year over year growth and expected continued growth through mergers & acquisitions and organic growth.

The Data Analytics Manager will be instrumental in helping to mature and manage our data strategy.  The successful candidate will be one who is comfortable “rolling up their sleeves” and learning the business, developing internal and external relationship, and thrives in a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and prepare necessary reports
  • Establish standardized formatting for reports and dashboards
  • Filter and prepare data for analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Utilize statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data
  • Identify patterns, relationships, and trends within the data
  • Interpret data to create meaningful and actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards
  • Prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate insights and findings to
  • stakeholders
  • Identify areas of inefficiency within Company operations
  • Identify areas where processes could be streamlined to increase productivity and
  • revenues
  • Identify potential risks and challenges, enabling businesses to devise strategies to
  • mitigate them
  • Clean and organize large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and
  • reliability
  • Implement predictive models to identify patterns, trends, and insights within complex
  • data sets
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand their data needs and provide
  • actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain data systems and databases
  • Formalize data collection processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement data-
  • driven solutions
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, methodologies, and tools in data analysis and
  • drive continuous improvement within the team
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and the security of sensitive data
  • Job requirements may change from time to time based on the needs of the Company.

Key Competencies and Experiences
  • Track record of developing and managing data programs and with demonstrable results
  • Strong presentation skills, and an ability to take the complex and make look simple
  • Ability to present findings to a wide range of audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in data science  
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality/discretion
