Position Summary
The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of gaming equipment at customer locations. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The technician will manage daily service calls efficiently, ensure prompt resolution of technical issues, and maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all work performed, parts utilized, and service activities to support operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly to service calls and perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of gaming equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with gaming machines, systems, and related components.
  • Prioritize daily calls based on urgency and location to maximize efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and team members to stay aligned on schedules and priorities.
  • Record all service activities, parts used, and equipment updates in the company system.
  • Keep service vehicles stocked with the right tools and parts for on-the-spot repairs.
  • Provide excellent on-site support and build strong relationships with store staff and customers.
  • Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures, including handling of cash, keys, and access cards.
  • Assist with setup and testing of new gaming machines and related systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and always uphold company standards.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in field service, electronics repair, or a related technical role preferred.
  • ServiceNow knowledge preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, technical or vocational training a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and basic software (Windows, iOS, Android).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to meet background and drug screening requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 150 lbs. with assistance or proper equipment.
  • Willingness to drive long distances (150+ miles per day) and work in varied environments including retail, warehouse, and outdoor settings.
  • Regular use of a company vehicle for field service duties.
