Project Coordinator - Service Department
Atlanta, Georgia (100% onsite)

 

Overview:

United Gaming seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Service Department in Atlanta, Georgia. This role will involve working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the Service Director to manage and execute various projects, with a focus on installing devices into COAM machines. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in supply chain management who can ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage projects related to the installation of devices into COAM machines, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Collaborate with the CRO and Service Director to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams, including supply chain, engineering, and service, to ensure all project components align with company goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders, providing clear and concise reports on progress, issues, and outcomes.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Travel between local offices (if needed)
 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in a service or technical environment.
  • Strong background in supply chain management, with experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (Monday.com)
  • Experience in the gaming industry or working with COAM machines is a plus.
